Brian Schneider, CFP®, CTFA
Senior Vice President & DIRECTOR OF WEALTH SERVICES
Brian serves in the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Wealth Services. He has been serving clients in the financial services industry since 1991. Brian specialized in advising high net worth clients in regards to their investment, estate and retirement planning challenges. He also has advised many non profit organizations in regards to foundation/endowment development and management. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas, has received the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and is a Certified Trust Financial Advisor. In his present role Brian oversees all trust, investment and retirement plan service functions.
Drew Linder, CFA
Senior Vice President
Drew Linder serves as Senior Vice President and Trust Department Manager. He has served in his current position since 1995 and has been with First National Bank since 1993. Drew began his career in banking in 1984 at a regional bank holding company. His educational background includes a BA with Distinction in Economics and Business from Hendrix College, where he received the Mosley Economics Prize, and a MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he was selected for the Beta Gamma Sigma national business honor society. Drew holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA® Society of Arkansas.

Charles W. Blaschke, CPA
Charles Blaschke is Vice President and Personal Trust Manager. He joined First National Bank in 2004. Prior to joining FNB, Charles was with another local banking organization, where he served as Trust Department Manager and, prior to that, as Internal Auditor. He also has experience in accounting in the oil and gas industry. Charles received a BS in Accounting with Highest Honors from Arkansas Tech University. Professional designations include being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
Sonya Hall, JD
Sonya Hall serves as Vice President and is a personal trust officer. She has been with First National Bank in that capacity since 1998. Previously, Sonya worked for a U.S. Magistrate Judge. Her educational background includes a BA in Communications from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD with Honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Sonya is a licensed attorney.
Jeannie M. Wakefield, CTFA
Jeannie Wakefield is Vice President and is a personal trust officer. Jeannie has been with the Trust Department of First National Bank since 1993. Prior to joining FNB, she was employed by another local bank where she served in trust for 6 years. Jeannie attended Westark Community College and obtained additional training from the Denver College for Financial Planning and Cannon Financial Institute. Jeannie is also a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
Samuel M. Terry
Personal Trust Officer
Sam Terry is a personal trust officer. Sam recently joined the Trust Department from a position working for the Chief United States District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas. Previously, Sam served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Sebastian County, Arkansas and as an attorney in private practice. His educational background includes a BSBA in Finance from Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a JD from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

Barbara Bethell, CEBS
Barbara Bethell is Vice President and Employee Benefits Manager. Barbara joined First National Bank in 1987. Previously, she was employed by an out of state bank, also in employee benefits. Barbara received a BS in Biology and a MBA from Centenary College of Louisiana. She also is a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School. Professional designations include being a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Financial Services Counselor (CFSC) and Certified Retirement Counselor (CRC).
Lee Ann B. Neidecker, CPA
Lee Ann Neidecker is Vice President and specializes in employee benefit account administration. Lee Ann has been with First National Bank since 1997. Prior to that, she worked at a regional accounting firm for 8 years as a Supervisor specializing in estate and trust taxation and employee benefit plans. Lee Ann graduated with Highest Honors from Arkansas Tech University with a BS in Accounting/Economics & Finance. She is also a graduate of the Arkansas Bankers Trust School and the Cannon Financial Institute Retirement Plan Services. Lee Ann is a a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Genia Peerson, CPA
Genia Peerson is the manager of the Operations area for the Trust Department. She has served in this position since 1994 and has been with First National Bank since 1993. Genia received a BS in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University. Her professional designations include being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Corporate Trust Specialist and a Certified Securities Operations Professional. Work experience prior to joining FNB includes public accounting and audit and procurement positions with the U.S. Department of Defense.
