How much does Online Banking Cost?
There are currently no monthly service charges or transaction
fees for the Retail Online Banking service. The Bill
Payment fee for personal customers is $5.95 per month, unlimited
transactions and the first six months are free. Bill payment allows
you to pay any company or individual within the United States. For
businesses, the bill payment fee is $5.95 a month for the first ten
(10) transactions, additional bill payment transactions are $0.50
each. Business customers also receive the first six months free.
Bill payment is not available for cash management customers.
What accounts can I link to my Online Banking account?
All of your general banking accounts.
Can Online Banking accounts be shared?
For security reasons, we recommend that each user have a unique
user name and password.
Can I transfer funds between my checking and savings accounts,
and make First National Bank loan payments?
Yes, however savings withdrawals are governed by Federal
regulations.
How far back can I obtain statement account information?
Four months.
What are the minimum software/hardware requirements?
Access to the internet with a browser that supports 128-bit
secure encryption. We recommend using Internet Explorer 5.5 or
higher, allowing you to take full advantage of all of the features
of the FNB web site.
